Where we ship

We ship from our warehouse in Worcester, England, to addresses across the United Kingdom and to a growing list of international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email hello@folksom.co.uk before ordering and we will get back to you with a quote.

UK orders are tracked with Royal Mail or DPD depending on size and weight. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order leaves us.

Europe and rest of world

We ship to most of Europe, North America, Australia and a number of other destinations. Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes in the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Folksom does not collect duties at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 2pm UK time, Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays ship the next working day.

During peak periods (the two weeks before Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day), please allow an extra working day for dispatch. We will flag this clearly at checkout if it applies.

Tracking your order

Every order is tracked. As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, we email you a dispatch confirmation with the courier name and tracking number. If 24 hours pass and you have not received that email, please check your spam folder, then drop us a line at hello@folksom.co.uk and we will look into it.

Failed deliveries and re-deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your parcel (no one home, address issue), they will normally attempt re-delivery, hold the parcel at a local pickup point, or leave a card. If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost. If you would like us to re-send it instead, you will need to cover the second shipping charge.

Damaged or lost parcels

We pack carefully and use bespoke packaging for fragile pieces, but accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@folksom.co.uk within 7 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and the damaged item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund the same working day.

If a tracked parcel has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch (UK) or 28 working days (international), please contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier.
